The preference cookie
- The website sets optillium_cookie_notice after you dismiss the cookie notice.
- Its only purpose is to remember that the notice has been shown, so it does not appear on every page visit.
- It is a first-party cookie retained for up to 180 days and uses SameSite=Lax. The Secure attribute is added on HTTPS.
Cookie-free performance analytics
- The live website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page delivery and performance.
- Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, or cross-site tracking.
- Optillium does not use the beacon for advertising, behavioural profiling, or personalised marketing.
Technical records
- Hosting and security systems may process limited request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and error records, to deliver and protect the website.
- Technical logs are separate from browser cookies and are handled according to our privacy policy and the providers used to operate the site.
- Information you choose to submit through a form, chat, or other feature is not collected by the notice cookie.
Third-party tools and future changes
- Cloudflare supplies the current cookie-free performance measurement used on the public website.
- The site does not currently load advertising pixels, behavioural-tracking cookies, or optional marketing cookies.
- If a future feature introduces optional cookies or trackers, we will update this policy and add a real consent choice before those tools are activated.
